I think we all have pets with funny little quirks that just make us laugh and laugh!

My dog is very small, and we get a log of snow. A few weeks ago, we got about 3 feet of snow, and my dog is barely 1 foot high. The first morning after the snowfall before the driveway was shoveled, my dog jumped off of the front step and face first into the snow. He got a face full of a snow, in his snows and on his eyelashes, plus his thick bushy whiskers. He instantly attempted to get back into the house, but he jumped too far and the snow was too deep. He ended up having to jump like a frog (using his back legs like a spring) to get over all the snow. He finally got back inside (such high endurance!) without my help. He looked like a little doggie snowman!

Plus, I have seen him skid over ice on our driveway. His claws were outstretched and it was hilarious! He was just sliding around trying to get back inside!

So what funny little quirks does your pet have?

One time, my dog was whining at my dad who was eating cereal with blueberries in it. My dad handed him a blueberry, and he proudly carried it off to behind the table where my dad was eating. He came back to my dad again and did it again, and then another time! So he had a cluster of 3 blueberries. Then, he began rolling them all around the kitchen with his nose till there were blueberries flying around the kitchen floor. My dad started throwing more blueberries onto the floor and my dog started rolling them all over the place till it was blueberry mania. He eventually clustered them up in the center of the kitchen and left them, I ended up having to clean them up :).

You know the game that kids play with their hands -- I put my hand down / you put yours on top / I put my hand on top / etc, etc. Well she LOVES to do that with my feet. When she was about 7-8 months old, she just walked up to me and put her paw on top of my foot - then just stared at me. So I put my foot on top of hers -- she immediately took her foot out and put it on top of my foot again. She will do this until I make her stop -- she loves the game.

She has also just learned to 'talk' -- I get a "maw/maw" whenever she wants to go out, dinner, etc.

She had her first snow too -- She did the same thing as yours - went running out and sunk! Only her head was sticking out! She just put her nose down and started running around like a bulldozer -- hilarious!!!

My cat used to be very tiny when he was a kitten, the runt of the litter. He had a little wicker basked he used to sleep in. Well when he started growing, he stopped fitting in the basket. He used to lie on top of the basket just touching the rim to sleep. Eventually he started draping himself over it. I got him larger baskets but he would never use them.

He also plays fetch, walks on a leash, loves car rides and spends about half his days trying to figure out how to open his treat container.

My cat now and back won't consume the nutrients I provide her until eventually I spoon out a chew of it at a time. She additionally want to run far off from the muddle container at spectacular velocity after utilising it. now and back if i do no longer play together with her she headbutts me as i'm walking away. If she gets hungry at night and needs some nutrients then she'll lay on my chest and scoot backwards until eventually she is sitting on my throat.

when I walk around the house while brushing my teeth, my cat, Lucy, will follow me back to the bathroom and jump up onto the stool to watch me. sometimes I will brush her teeth with her own personal toothbrush. but she mostly chews it.

my other cat, Danny, always bats at stuff and knocks it off the table and onto the floor. he does this will pencils, pens, tubes of lip balm, and balls of foil. once he even played with a grape!

I also have a dog named Hunny. she is such a fraidy dog! whenever I try to brush her she goes in her crate. she has chewed up all of her brushes. fortunately she only chewed the handles so they are still useable. she also gets scared when our neighbors set off fireworks. the poor girl whimpers and hides under a table. it's so cute and funny!

When I mix wet dogfood w/dry dog food, my pug will lick the wet off of every piece and leave the dry dog food all over the floor.

My cat is about 14, but even when she was a kitten, she loved to be inside those paper bags you get in the store. I used to be able to take her around anywhere in those bags, and to this day she still loves playing, hiding and sleeping in them!

My sweet old fella winks back at me!
Also...I recently broke my leg and was forced to take him for a walk because no one else was around. His usual route is a rather long one. Knowing how hard it was for me to get around, he just walked to the nearest grass, did his "thing", and returned to the house. What a sweety!
