He hasn't been buried?! Jesus Christos! So the man had some family issues with his frickin' estate, the ungrateful little b@stards should sue one another, and put their supposed daddy in the ground already! What are they doing, just putting him in an airtight glass in the middle of the Apollo? Or have the little pricks just taken to dragging his corpse through the mud as well his name on the way to court? That is very sad, and actually kind of pathetic... Yeesh!

Yes, it is pretty sad that James Brown has been dead since Dec. 25 and he still has not been buried yet. He would probably have a fit if it were at all possible. Apparently his family does not have any respect for the man.

Yes it is an atrocity. What exactly are they going to bury?? DUST?? People need to stop and think, would they want to be buried right away or would they like it if they had to wait to be buried.Same with Anna Nicole--the guardian ad idem got custody of the body and decided the remains be buried in the Bahamas.NOW the MOM is appealing it.Come on-what kind of mom would delay this any longer.I guess even decayed corpses can generate money.

The same that's happening to Anna Nicole Smith.I've said it once and I'll say it again,"funerals are for the living".They forget about having respect for the deceased when it's all about the money.Yes,I do think it's sad.

It's very disrespectful of his family. He deserves better from people who supposedly loved him.
And, his manager or personal assistant or whatever the guy is goes in EVERYDAY and opens his casket, looks at the poor man, and closes the lid again. He "checks" on the body...now, I ask you, isn't that just a little bizarre?

Yes, it is sad, but you have his family wanting him one place and his last wife wanting him somewhere else.
I think it all has to do with how close they'll be to his final resting place and where they can open the gift shop. Just like with Anna Nicole.
