It's all the signs you get when you are getting your menstruation... abdominal cramps, moody, headaches, and you feeel soooooo bad.... some more some less..

Everyone's PMS symptoms are different, if they get them at all. But can include mood swings, bloated stomach, sore breasts, that kind of thing, for about a week or so maybe before your period.

funny, my friends who are 13 and have their periods don't know either lol...pms means pre-menustrual sydrom and its a time where you might be bloaty, crampy, extremly tired, headaches ect. This all comes before your period

ask your mom she maght b able to tell u but i think that if your a girl n u dont no what this is then u r 2 young to no what n e thing is ask your doc to test u for it
