There is so much to do in London and it all depends on you. If you want shopping visit the markets in Camden and Covent Garden or may be head to Carnaby Street. If you want a drink, try the Roadhouse or B@1 or some of the pubs in the theatre district. If culture is your thing, their are all sort of museums and galleries from the British Museum to the Tate Modern and the V&A has the Klyie stuff at the moment. The south bank is a nice walk and Harrods dose a good cream tea.

Best Idea is to have a look at Time Out magazine and that can help you with what is going on at that time.

I think that show is playing just off leicester square.
Not stating what your interests are and what you have already seen, it is difficult to recommend.

You could take a walk up to Covent Garden where there are many restaurants, bars and pubs. Also various street entertainers and shops.

You could walk down to Trafalgar square and enjoy that. The houses of Parliament or Buckingham Palace are only a 20 minute walk from trafalgar sq. St James's Park is also very near to these sites.

I've seen it twice and really really enjoyed it! The music is brilliant! Hilarious!! Second time was soo much better!

You can literally just wonder around the area... Leicester Square, Picadilly Circus. We hung around the "Hot Fuzz" world primere second time! And the time before that, just walked around Leicester Square.

Make it up! Go exploring! (as long as you remember the way back!)

Good luck and have fun!

But most importantly... a good pub (find a Samuel Smith's and you will be paying £1.60 a pint)

It has been estimated that there are 36,000 attractions and places of interest to see or do in London! So I think you should google what ever interests you along with 'London'.
