Well you can try to melt it enough so he can just blow it out. Unless you are a doctor don't go after it is tweezers or pliers. You can push it up higher. Especially if you are as freaked as you sound right now.

Honestly, don't worry too much about it. The most it's going to do to him is obstruct his breathing from his nose. (He can still breath out of his mouth.) and if it dislodges in his nose it will just go straight to his throat.

You just brought back a memory from when I was smaller.. You know the beads people sometimes put on the ends of their hair after braiding it. Well, when I was smaller I was playing around with some and me being stupid put the bead in my nose. Man, was I stupid or what. But I thought it was never going to come out and I started to panic. But I think I kinda started at the top of my nose and pushed my finger down towards the tip of my nose, until it finally came out. When the bead came out I was so happy.

Maybe you can try to cover his other nostril and make him blow hard through the one that has the m&m. It depends how old your brother is and if he can follow instructions.

I can't remember the name right now, but you use it to put butter, liquid condiments on a turkey, its a tube with a plastic handle that you can squeeze. Squeeze first, stick it in his nose and then try to take it out.

You are really in the wrong section to get a serious answer, try parenting. Good Luck!

Cut his nose off. No seriously, more than likely if he covers the other nostril and blows really really hard it will come out. Try grasping it with tweezers and pulling it out if that don't work. If you pull a couple of nose hairs with it he won't do it again.

One time i got a popcorn stuck in my nose the only way i could get it out was by crushing it in my nose and blowing it out. So i guess you should hit him with something hard :)

My cousin stuck a cocopop up her nose, try squeezing his nose to crush the M&M and it'll come out in pieces other than that he can snort it up further and swallow it, the nasal passage is connected to your throat.
