The fear of globalization.
Since it was asked in the politics section I would hope your not talking about balloons!

Fear of Balloons! Haha. For whatever reason, people with this fear run like mad hens when they see balloons.

What is Globophobia?
Defined as "a persistent, abnormal, and unwarranted fear of balloons", each year this surprisingly common phobia causes countless people needless distress.
