We went in today for our first ultrasound. My husband and I asked if there was a chance I was carring twins, and the tech. said that twins are very rare... When she started the ultrasound there was 2 dark spots on the screen one had more white around it then the other. We ask her what that meant and she said that when a pregnancy begins the uterus developes gestational sacks in it before the implantation accures.. So we was unable to get postive answer on the twin situation. My husband is convienced that because she mentioned these other sacs that "could attach" that is what the second one is.. I am not.. We go back in 3 weeks, but this really has me worried I am afraid that if it is twins then our marriage is in trouble. Has this happened to anyone else and if so what was your outcome.....

I am not saying that he is going to leave. I am just worried that it is going to make things difficult.....

Why on earth would twins ruin your marriage? He's okay with one child, but two means he'll leave?
