i was at my friends house and he was peeing and i saw his dik. his looked different than mine. is mine messed up?
or do all diks look different? i know there are different sizes but he had skin where i didnt.

Is he circumsized? he may still have foreskin. Some are circumsized at birth, losing this "sheath" or foreskin. Hebrew people practice this, and most males are circumsized in America.

He has foreskin, which covers the head of the penis. Obviously your parents had yours removed at birth which is called a circumcision. Don't feel bad, all penis's vary in length, width, skin tone, head shape, and veininess. Just stop staring at other guys *****, they'll think your a fag or something.

He is probably uncircumcised. It's okay; nothing to worry about. Some guys are cut (circumcised) & some aren't. Apparently, you are...while your friend isn't. They both function exactly the same.
