Even though you may have good power to the dash electrical,,,you may still have a loose or corroded battery clamp or terminal.
A sure fire quick test isto turn headlights full on,,and to have someone look at the headlights from outside,,and then try start the vehicle,,,if you have a bad connection at the battery the headlights will go out when you try to start.
take the terminal clamps off the battery. and use a wire brush to clean until brite metal is shown,,(terminal cleaners for this purpose are realy cheap)also clean the battery posts or terminals(side posts) until they are free off corrosion,,then re-assemble,,and if your cables are still good,,your vehicle should start up no problem.

Check both terminals, a bit of corosion or being loose can stop the cranking. The starter unit could have gone out.

Check the battery terminals for tightness or corrosion, if all is cleant and tight and there is no noticible dimming of annunciator lights on the dash when attempting a start you will need to have other ignition components (starter, etc) checked for operation.

try tightening the terminals again, then if it doesnt start,it could be either the starter or solenoid.
