It's called lack of excitement, lack of something new, you have your routine which is really good but you crave something new.Try adopting a pet, it'll add love and joy to your life, but first: you must be an animal lover and be able to afford and willing to care for an animal, in return: you will get an amazing ammount of love and joy! Good luck!

Well I would say depression but I don't believe in it and see it has a dirty word. Funny how society listen's to a person like you and automatically says "depression" like its a rash on your skin or something. I have a feeling that you are just bored in life. I bet sometimes you day dream, or just start thinking about things and go off in your own world. Just to let you know there is nothing wrong with you. You are a young person with the world at your feet, and just because you feel this way doesn't mean you have an illness. I think it is just a way for your body to tell you that you need to get in touch with your self and who you are. Maybe read the Bible or some other spiritual literature. I would also recommend going on a run or bike ride whenever you feel this way. Going in the outdoors always makes me feel much better also. Keeping this simple can make you happy and relaxed. Eat more fruits and vegetables and drink more water. Whatever you do though, do not think your have an illness and that something is wrong with you. Everything happens for a reason. Just believe in your self and listen to your self.

I don't know. These things aren't satisfying you. There's something missing in your life. Even if you had a $1,000 bucks, and everything was going great, you'd still find something missing. That's because all the good things in the world don't make for a good life. Not always, however. You have to find out what's missing.

Depression

Depression in Women
Women experience depression about twice as often as men. Many hormonal factors may contribute to the increased rate of depression in women particularly such factors as menstrual cycle changes, pregnancy, miscarriage, postpartum period, pre-menopause, and menopause. Many women also face additional stresses such as responsibilities both at work and home, single parenthood, and caring for children and for aging parents.

A recent NIMH study showed that in the case of severe premenstrual syndrome (PMS), women with a preexisting vulnerability to PMS experienced relief from mood and physical symptoms when their sex hormones were suppressed. Shortly after the hormones were re-introduced, they again developed symptoms of PMS. Women without a history of PMS reported no effects of the hormonal manipulation.

Depression.

Either you find out what is wrong that's makeing you sad or you might need anti depressant pills and/or counseling.

It could be a trauma that happened when you were very young or if you are still young hormones can make u feel weird too.

I think it might be depression or a phase that youre going through. Try your hardest to find a reason to be happy. Keep in mind that for every moment that you're sad you've lost a moment of happiness that you can never regain.

Are you happy with yourself? You have to make sure that you are proud and happy with yourself. Do you like how you look? Make sure you admire yourself, and you are who you want to be. Also you could just not have those special moments that make you happy. You could just be sick of the same old stuff and want to have more fun and a change. Make sure you make each day exciting and you love yourself for who you are.
