Anna Nicole was obviousley murdered along with her son by Howard K Stern. Now it will be impossible to prove because the Bahamaian govt will never investigate this issue. This will also make it difficult for the real father the photographer to get his daughter back. Do you think the mother will win this appeal?

No I don't think Anna's mom will get the appeal! The Judge is the biggest joke. I thought he was fake crying. I almost hate this judge. He wants money and Howard K Stern is promised him a big cut, and a court TV show.

Anna never had a good relationship with her mother...yet the tears flow when there is money to be inherited. Her will and the way she lived told the story...she distanced herself from family and from Texas, and never looked back. Howard has been in love with her for years, and tolerated many things...he would never hurt Anna, and certainly not Daniel

The judge didn't want to be the bad guy who made the decision. I feel for the baby and think she deserves to know who her father really is so whoever it is up to will hopefully make the right decision and figure out which one of them it is. I kinda think it was the old guy's frozen sperm.

Myself I think the judge should have let her mother had her bodythat would have been no more than right. But then who knows who was just fighting for the money. I think his decision was based on the best interests of the child.

The judge is a joke - he was clearly auditioning for his own tv show. What a waste of time that whole court proceeding
was...........if this jerk gets a show I hope no one watches him.
