All you have to do is put the disc in the tray just like you would a 360 game. If you have never played that particular XBOX game on your 360 before, then a message will pop up that asks if you wish to download an update for that game. Select yes, and then you all set.

Note: Not all original XBOX games are backwards compatible yet. More are added every month.

Hope this helps!

You have to be connected to xbox live over the internet. When you put in the disc, it will send a patch to your hard drive to allow you to play the game on the 360. If you don't have your 360 connected to the internet, you have to get a disc from xbox that contains the patch for your game.

First off, you need to download the patch thing so you can play the games. Also check to see if the game(s) you want to play are on the list of backwards compatable games.

There are only some bacward compatible games for the xbox360, but on this website you will find a list of them, but if you are looking for a real good Xbox360 backwards compatible game i would recommend Halo 2

You need a version of 1.0. So go on the internet and go to the site and download it or ask somebody in circuit city an expert.

Good luck!

GET THE UPDATE. You need to hook up to xbox live though but its free if you use a silver membership. Or you can burn a disk off of xbox.com to update your xbox. The marketplace is easier though....
