The answer is : The Power stroke

1. - Intake Stroke = Piston moving down + Inlet valve open
2. - Compression Stroke = Piston moving up + No valves open
3. - Power Stroke = Piston moving down + No valves open
4. - Exhaust Stroke = Piston moving up + Exhaust valve open

The reality differs from the theory in that there may be valves overlapping into the next stroke or opening early on the previous stroke.
