I'll give you the standard MBA case intervew answer: it depends.
The first critical criteria is what value do you bring to the table (i.e. focus of MBA, GPA, awards, languages, type of work experience over your 3 years, etc).
The second critical criteria is my needs which include but are not limited to: a top tier MBA, 3-5 years experience w/ top strategy consulting firm or Fortune 100 company, significant experience in at least two of the following sectors (internet, product development & advertising) and more.
Both of these criteria need to meet in the middle to answer if a possibility even exists. After the possibility exists then we get down to the "what monetary value do you put on your skills vs. what monetary value I put on your skills".
You definitely meet the top tier MBA requirement but there isn't enough data to definitively answer your question...

Maryland's MBA program is a top 25 program. Their finance department i ranked even higher. Their MBA graduates do well.
