which nanny site to choose?

i Am working on searching for a wonderful family but how to choose an agency online is almost impossible. So many I just don't know where to start. I do plan to move if the right family comes along which makes choosing a site right for me even more tricky. any advice!

try www.4nannies.com pretty extensive. you can look up families in any state that are looking for nannies. make sure you type two n's there is also a site called 4nanies.com with one n.
