Wendy's - Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Its really fresh with crispy lettuce and tomatoes...it's not the healthiest, but at least its chicken :)

Guacamole Burger at Carl's Jr. - Unhealthy
Very few fast food sandwiches will be good and healthy. Just because something is a sub, doesn't make it healthy. It has the cheese, dressing and bread which are all loaded with fat!

Hamburgers - Wendys (love the Francis Bacon cheeseburgers) Subs - Jimmy Johns (love the Pepe sandwich) fowl - Chick Fil A (love the fowl nuggets and breakfast fowl sandwich) Mexican - Taco Bueno (love the Cheesecake chimichangas) Pizza - Papa Johns (their crust and sauce are better to the diverse pizza joint) Ice Cream - DQ (love the French Silk snowfall)

Wendy's Ultimate Chicken Grill Sandwich. It is the best because it is tasty, inexpensive, and fulling. And yes it is healthy. It is only about 330 calories.

Panera Bread.
Turkey on whole grain w/mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, swiss cheese and salt/pepper. With baked chips.. 5.48
It is healthy. I eat it all the time.
