it's a science project about memory....and i don't know how to write that? i have no idea what it is

Is this a project you chose, or was it assigned? If you don't know how to write for science related subjects, you can learn. Google "writing scientifically" or "how to write a science paper" or "writing for scientists." To get you started, here's one:
