Open the file in Notepad.

You should rephrase your question. A jpeg doesn't have a source code. Only programs have source code. A jpeg file has a file format and a compression algorythm.

In a given programming language, you could ask for the source code to create a specific file format like jpeg for instance. If so, you would have to specify what language?

Or are you simply asking for the file format?
