One of my earliest memories is sitting with the prettiest girl in the whole wide world (well, at the age of 4...) in the height of summer, trying to make daisy chains. It was the most romantic thing I could think of at that age.
She bit hit nails, so couldn't split the stalks - and I was so excited I couldn't cope.
The question gets a star from me for bringing back such fond memories of blissfully
innocent childhood.

I dreaded the day those were brought up at Scout Camp.. So I faked stomach cramps and ended up having my entire digestive system removed at a quack hospital in the backwoods of Southern Georgia....
Now I have to have all my food IV in the form of ground up pop tars mixed with sucrose...
