How long after you apply self tanner do you have to wait before showering and/or working out?

Every brand is different so read the directions, but if its not a self tanner that your have to build up over a few weeks, then its probably one that you can just apply right there, and those usually come off within the next shower no matter what.
Unless its like a really expensive kind.

best to not showwer until the next day. otherwise the color will wash off or get wayyyyyy lighter.
