Copy and paste pics?

How can I copy a pic from internet when the right buttom function has been enabled?!?

In that situation I go to View in IE and choose View source. Then I serach for the tags and find the URL for the picture. Then I paste the direct link in my broswer and voile' I can right-click it and save.
