Depends on what and how I'm cleaning. Dust and vaccuum then not really, but a project cleaning like doing the garage or attic or moving furniture then heck yeah!

It can be, if it is done right. It depends on how many calories you think you have to burn for something to move up from just an activity to a workout. When I am cleaning, I try to keep moving until I'm done.

Yes if you get tired and sweaty. Like doing floors, lugging laundry, cleaning the bathroom or your kids bedroom. Those are hard things to do and you should appreciate the people who help out at home doing that.

definetly, you have to bend, stretch, use elbow grease to clean stains/mildew/or whatever else. just thinking about how much cleaning i should be doing is making me break a sweat :)
