yes, they should've been given to her mother. Given to a 5 month old child is absolutely Stupid!!! If the child had been 6 years old, tell me the judge would've given her the body. I don't think so.
I think the judge was a chicken **** and really couldn't make up his mind. So, he gives the body to a 5 month old's legal guardian that he appointed. That is a bunch of BS. Anna Nicole's mother was the legal next of kin.
I've never heard of a 5 month old baby being able to make decisions. Duh? A court appointed guardian knows the family so well, that he can make a decision.
If I were Anna's (Vicky's) mother, I would be having fits right now. That judges call is the stupidest thing that I have ever heard.

No. It's known that Anna Nicole wasn't very close to her mother and it would be like giving her to a stranger:/
Anna Nicole wanted to be buried with her son so I think it's better she wasn't given to her mother or she'd have done something against her wishes... or something like that :)

No! Anna didnt care for her at all. She is probably the reason why Anna was such a lost person. She was in search for love and someone that actually cared for her. So I think she was the problem for Anna in the first place. She never got the love and security when she was a little girl.

I think it is a shameful thing that it has come to this. It is a terrible thing to lose a child even with the birth of a new one. She was obviously devasated over her loss and should be laid to rest with her son. I cannot pass judgment on her mother but it is my opinion that this is a woman who is clearly an opportunist. What kind of mother would bring a journalist to her grandson's funeral? Especially, when her daughter lives such a high-profile life . . . come on! The worst part of all is that this will be decided in the hands of a judge who's using this case as a means to get a following for a reality show . . .

I dont think so Anna nicole didnt even want to speak to her mother anymore and her mom was telling the press that she probably died from drugs like ehr son.... now would a mother do that?

i dont think so she never talked to her mom while she had the chance obviously she didnt get along with her so why would anyone think that anna nicole would like for this lady to decide her fate for her. Definetly not she should be buried with her son because obviously that is a place she saw to be of standard fo r herself as well.

Anna was never in her right state of mind. She was only in the Bahamas because she was hiding They should move Daniels body and take Anna to Texas. Bury them in the family cemetery. Give the baby and the money to the father. Move the mother and Daniel to Texas bury them together.

No. Anna couldn't stand her pig of a mother, and she made that clear. Her wishes were to be buried in the Bahamas with her son. That was clear too. Today Anna got her wish, and I'm glad she's going to be laid to rest with her son.

Could't she see hoe much Anna loved and missed her son, I could see if she said I will bury her with Daniel ,,,but in a plot all alone in Texas...No wonder Anna hated her.

No, because she doesn't want to bury her in the Bahamas like Anna wanted to next to her son and I think if she said for them to bury her there they should.
