definitely shelton benjamin!!! he is on raw like every third week but he should be an intercontinental champion at best. he puts on the best show during the money in the bank matchs, hes the most athletic. he has great mic skills, hes got the same cool look as RKO and that swagger. what else does vince want from the guy?
