pokemon channel?

Question

is there a possibility that i would ever find jirachi, latios, or even latias in the pokemon channel game?
if so, is there anything that i hav to do to find them?
i have been playing this game for months and i still cant find these characters, but in the PNF, i hear sightings of them all the time!!

In the European version of Pokémon Channel, you can get Jirachi as soon as you turn on the game. As far as I know, neither Latios or Latias can be found there.
