It is difficult sometimes to put up with those pesky critters.been there done that.I found a product at walmart in the garden center that does the trick for the big ones.I have them on occasion because of oak, pine trees, magnolias.I think it is called ORTHRO HOME DEFENSE.it's not expensive.I buy the big container and a little one also so I can refill.By the way it is good for all household insects.I can stand far away from them and aim and pull the trigger. When i see one I tell my boyfriend to get my gun.Good luck.☺

Its hard for sure. It takes them 6-8 days to die of dehydration and the same for going without food, a bit below freezing to kill them of cold and they are resistant to a good many products. Myself, I went outside and found big spiders and brought them inside. It worked. The problem was, figuring out what types of spiders ate roaches. Sticky traps, not having ANY source of water available (I covered my taps and drains at night) and diatom powder will bring down the numbers as well, but not get rid of all of them.
