what's a good plan/activity to do on my bestfriend's 15th birthday ?

we don't want to host a party, we just want to like go out & chill you know but not the average chill the kind that you do like everday. we want to do something .. extravagant ya know ? lol

what we have down is taking picture, going out to eat, shoppin, gettin our hair done / getting our nails did.

but we don't want to catch a movie or nothing like that ..

any ideas ?

when you go shopping take pics of each other trying on cloths

Do you live anywhere fun? Take a limo around a city, see a concert or play. Go to the spa... Get a tatoo?
