Ugly? I don't think so, but everyone's not me, so I can't tell you. :P
If you're worried about a GENERAL reaction to it, I'd be more worried about a universal sense of pity. I've seen dogs that are pellet gun victims that have one dark brown eye and an almost copletely white eye. Seeing these poor critters evolkes an "awww, that poor creature! <:O". People might feel sorry for you for having befallen some horrible accident, but after learning that it's natural, they may just shrug it off.

Why you all think something's wrong with his eyes? - You were born that way, right?
It is called "Heterochromia" and people who have it wear a corrective contact lense in one eye to match colours, so that's why it is maybe not a common sight, though it should be.
ps. the guy from prison break ...wentworth miller apparently has 2 differnt coloured eyes and wears a contact. - Why hide?

it's not ugly, but a popular study of beauty assessments in society revealed that the most beautiful faces had the most symmetry to them. since your eyes don't match, your symmetry reading would be lower. you can get colored contacts to make them match.
