What should we wear for the talent show?

My friends and I are doing a talent show on March 13th, and we were wondering what to wear. We're playing the songs Cruella De Vil, Colors of the Wind, and You've Got a Friend in Me. I know, Disney songs, but at least they'll know them. We had planned on one of us dressing as a Native American, one as a cowboy, and one as Cruella De Vil. The problem is is we don't want to order the costumes . What should we wear? It can be something other than a costume. Thanks! : )

hah thats funny. i think you can easily make these costumes or buy things.

the indian wear a tan dress spaghetti strap dress and a feathered head dress and maybe some face paint.

for the cowboy/cowgirl wear jeans or denim skirt, a plaid button down shirt with a white or tan tank top underneath so you can tie it in a not under your bust. and wear a cowboy hat and boots if you have them if not brown clogs or something will work fine.

for cruella wear a black dress and find a faux fur shoulder wrap or coat from a costume store maybe, and then get a black and white wig, or temporary hair die. also cruella always has a cigarette but they might be inappropriate for a school thing. and for halloween i know someone who was cruella and she had a little black purse with a dalmation puppy sitcking out, i thought that was cute.

LOL, I love it! You should totally do the three different costumes like you said. You don't need to order them, I'm sure the Native American costume could be made with a few pieces of cloth, and the cowboy really just needs jeans and a signature cowboy hat, maybe some boots. Cruella De Vil might be the toughest, but if you can find a fake fur coat and a snazzy little dress I think you'd be all set. You can paint on a mole too!

If you don't want to dress in character, you could wear jean shorts or black shirts and make matching shirts.

For cruella De Vil you can wear a long red dress and a black coat. For Colors of the wind put on a brown simple skirt with a tan shirt or a light brown dress. For a cow boy you can put on a pair dark Jeans and a levis jacket with a white shirt and a nice cut cowgirl or cowboy hat. It will look more modern.

Don't dress as a Native American. That is so sick! It is racist!

That is being culturally insenstive. Would you even think of dressing up as a black person or an asian? It is not okay.

I bet you have Native people in your school (whether you know it or not) how are they and their families going to feel when you do that?

Other Ideas:
A princess (every disney movie has a princess and basically all you have to do is dress nice, put on makeup, and buy a tierra at the dollar store)
Or
Can paint face as a lion and where all brown, be simba or mufasa or nala

Value Village, Goodwill, any kind of thrift store will be your best friend. Whether you just want to do nice black pants and blouses or do costumes, a thrift store will have some really awesome items for cheap

any sparkling tank top and tight jean pant, do ur hair wavy just like Christina, or u can look at the search of Christina a. and find what clothes is similar so u can wear it

here is what you should wear...
green or blue or pink shirt (short sleeve or long sleeve!)
khakii shorts or pants (depending on the weather!)
the color of shirt should be the color of the leggings(if you want)
white tennis shoes
blue belt or pink or green

heels and short jean skirt w/ black leggings and and orange and pink tanktop... thats what my gfriend wore today and she was HOT!
