How do I get that stuff off? I've tried CLR diluted in water like the directions say. I use a rinse agent in my dishwasher, and I've also tried straight lemon juice --- squeezed lovingly by hand, but nothing has worked. All my glasses, the wine glasses especially look as if I have never washed them. They have that yukcy dishwasher film on them. Any suggestions?
thanks

To remove lime staining this take´s a bit longer fill the glass with distilled water leave it like this or them , for a week ,then brush of the crust it will leave behind with a toothbrush. but just check you are putting enough salt and liquid for giving the class it brilliant finish . you can buy a special cleaner that cleans the inside of the dishwasher. You put it in an EMPTY dishwasher and run cycle.
or
put the glasses in the dishwasher and run a cycle with a glass of vinegar in the machine
or
get a good water softener plumbed into your system (ours is a Kinetico and we love it)

There are a couple of things that may help.

1) Use a product like Jet-Dry.

2) Used white vinegar and soak to help dissolve the scum.
