Shaquille O'Neil fouls out often. hes also notorious for his size and reputation for physical in the league. to be honest - thts his entire game, playing physically. power dunks and big blocks are his biggest attributes.
Ron Artest is also physical, but not a whole lot DURING the game (or at least not legally)

Out of those i would say Ron Artest. Although i think the most physical player Andres Nocioni of the Chicago Bulls.

pound for pound probably Bruce Bowen, he will often guard the other teams number one scorer, whether its the small forward, sometimes pf on switch, or the fast 1 and 2 guards...he never shys away from an assignment and is as physical as the refs will allow, he will often check to see what he can get away with and talk to the refs about it...
