To every man it's different. Try many things and ask him what he likes best. Also, a lot of guys seem to like it when you use a lot of variety and mix it up. there is no "right way" and i'm sure no matter what, no guy would complain.

every guy likes something different, Ask your man what he likes, it's the only way to get a solid answer. You could even make it part of the act just by trying something and asking him if he likes it, which ones he likes better.

Most (not all) like it when you deep throat it (put entire penis ,entire shaft) in your mouth. Some like Ball-sucking.
