or have you confused that show with a show ( a few years later) called Hart to Hart which had a mystery solving couple (husband named Johnathan) who were rich and had a chauffer who called the wife Mrs. H (for Hart) it starred Robert Wagner (Austin Powers movies) and (I think) Stephanie Powers.

Mrs C. is what Fonzie used to call Mrs. Cunningham on Happy Days about the same time period.
