Although some people mentioned bleach as a ninja show, bleach isn't as there is no ninja invovled in it, but its a good show to watch none-the-less just deals with Shinigami (death gods) and sword-action.

As for Ninja related shows, there is Ninku, Basilisk, Ninja Scroll, Jubei-chan, Ninja Cadets, 2x2=Shinobu-den (Ninja Nonsense)

have you ever watched the Rurouni Kenshin OVA (and prequel), Samurai X? it fairly is in with the franchise yet works ok as a stand on my own. this is a fantastically instructed tale with surprising animation. I in simple terms recommend it through fact i comprehend that lots of people who've watched RK have not watched Samurai X. regrettably, this is incredibly all i will supply.

I know a lot of people like Rurouni Kenshin, that is samurai not ninja but its close.

And no, Bleach is not technically ninja-oriented, but from what I hear it's a very fine show.
