No i don't think so. Remeber that one Simpsons episode where Homer and Marge are discovered naked in the mini-put course. I remember Marge running and i don't recall seeing any blue hair "downtown"

You'll find that if you watch the Simpsons episode where Homer becomes a teacher about successful marriages, he lets people know that Marge dyes her hair blue. She is actually 'as grey as a mule'

Yes she does.In one episode when she broke her leg she had a cast over it for a long period of time and when they took it off she had blue leg hair...so that means all he other hair on her body is blue.
