I read from some websites that some subatomic particles are produced during proton - antiproton annihilation, but I don't know what are the names of those subatomic particles. Please help me!

if a proton and an antiproton collide only radiation is released, no particles. that's what makes antimatter fun, it releases pure energy. it is the most efficient reaction.
