All i could tell you is to open the door...and let the fresh air in...
usually, when your farts stink, its because you're not eating very healthy...so if i were you, i would start eating up your vegies

say you made bacon, and ate it all, or open all the windows, even if its frezzing out, like it is were i am. or you could spray windex and it would smell like that lol
