Depending on where you live, usually you have to be 14 to get a job.

Stables are usualy overrun with 12 year old girls, so chances of getting a job at a stable are minimal unless you have connections.

Try babysitting.

Do you ride? If you do see if your barn has a working student program. You will get a job, time with the horses, and mine gives coupons for lessons for every 4 hours you work. If you don't ride try volunteering at a pet shelter. Because you are 12 you might need to wait a few years because of child labor laws. If you do ask your parents if there are any pet jobs you can do around the house. Start a dog walking business or a pet sitting one on weekends for pet owners that are going away for the weekend. Good Luck!

If you are 12 and have no experience you should not expect to be paid. However if you can get to a stable they may be willing to teach you to work for free. If you are strong and not lazy and can really pay attention and obey directions I would allow you to work around horses which is a great skill to have for the rest of your life. However, if you came to me and did not follow directions exactly I would not let you anywhere near horses even to shovel manure. Why should you be paid to be in people's way? Why should you be paid to bring a lawsuit upon a stable in case you are injured? "liking horses" is not a qualification for being around them.
