What kind of earrings????

Question

I have very sensitive ears and every kind of earring i put in makes my ears itch and hurt! What should i do? i love wearing them it just hurts!

If you use rubbing alchohol or this stuff that I got from Claire's, they have earrings for sensitive ears too. I'm pretty sure htey have them at Icing Claire's too, if you prefer their earrings, there's htis whole section for sensitive ears, on the little holder thing they come in, it's usually a different color, and it says sensitive ears or somehting like htat on them, you could aks them for sensitive rubbing ear care too. I fyou have no idea of the store I'm talking about, then you can search on google or Yahoo for them, you could search like:"sensitive ear care", Or "sensitvie earrings, specially made" just anything aorund thos line.

Titanium or niobium. Usually cheaper metals contain nickle which many people are sensitive to, even earrings for sensitive ears can be made with impure materials.

If you don't know where to find titanium earrings, talk with a local professional piercer or find sites like bodyartforms.com to order from. Good luck.

Have you tried solid gold?? That my help. Also, put anitbiotic ointment on the holes before putting in the earrings. Stay away from cheap ones, they tend to be more aggrivating to sensitive ears...

my ears are pretty sensitive too. i always make sure to take my earrings out at night and clean my ears AND the earrings. if you can, spend the extra money on the surgical steel earrings, or pure gold/ silver. either way, keeping the studs and your ears clean is important. :)

It'll make the pain go away
