While contacting cps about childern I used to baby sit the case worker assigned to the childern did not know where they were living ar anything about their case. who does cps answer to cases are being handled by a privite company, who I belive are paid well by the state and have a stake in keeping them away from friends. My only concern is the childern

Would have to agree with a previous answer. You really have no legal right to know where these children are living or who they are living with. Most caseworkers either know, or can find out, where children reside unless there is a court order precluding that information. But again, you have no right to find out so your best bet is to let it go.

What right as the former babysitter do you have to be given any information on these children?
Maybe she knew alot more than she was willing to tell someone with no legal rights to the children. Her job is to protect the children, and how is she to know whether or not you pose a threat to them?

If you used "aggressive interrogation methods" I'm sure their memory would improve. works at Gitmo.
