Ratings for TNA iMPACT have greatly improved. So far this year they have an average of 1.0 in the Nielsen Ratings which breaks down to 1 million viewers per week. I guess that they are finally starting to get a little recognition. So my question is, how do you guys feel about this? Anyone can answer but I would like real answers, not TNA sucks or wrestling is fake. Just want some opinions on the company's growth. Talk to me.

Undisputed heavyweight champion, that figure is based on 7 weeks not just 1. So appaently that is growth because the numbers are up from last year. And if WWE was treating its talent better, then they wouldn't be in TNA now would they.

All TNA needs is that second hour and to spread PPV nationwide and it's on! God knows they have the talent. They just need the exposure.

This is very good news for us, the fans. The things TNA has been weak on(like dragging out story lines) are now able to be left behind, because they have a larger weekly fan base. I also love that there is prime time wrestling four nites a week now, instead of two this time last year, with TNA on random hours of the night. At the moment, TNA is at an improvement stage, and they realize that. They have basically left the idea of the VKM "anti-wwe" promos behind, which I believe gives them an image as a more sturdy, self-sustaining unit. Best of luck to TNA, and to Konnan, who is out of commission indefinitely for kidney surgery.

I'm a wrestling fan across the board. I like WWE, I liked WCW I liked ECW and I like TNA. Now, I didn't like all the same. WCW was by and large the worst of the original big 3. Yeah they had some good moments, but all and all they were't that great. TNA is going to be the new WCW. They may have a good run for a while but talent wise (this includes writers) WWE will always be better. ratings dont tell me much. lets say there are die hard wrestling fans who like myself watch TNA because WWE is not on. The ratings go up because it is wrestling. people like wrestling. The ratings don't go up because it is a "better" show than what WWE puts out. Yes TNA is entertaining to me, but not as much as WWE is

I feel that TNA is a good show. It definetly has some great potential, even though it already is very good. Hopefully, they'll grow enough to have more than one shjow, because even though that helps a lot, itmight be their poison as well. WWE has a combined five hours per week and TNA only has 1. WWE will always be richer that way.

I think tna needs to expand like to 2 hours and to two times a week instead of once.

Unless they get another big name such as Rob Van Dam or Chris Benoit or even Big Show and moved from one hour to two, I don't expect the ratings to rise too much this year, mostly stay where they are
