my friend's girlfriend won't let him touch her breasts b/c she says he is to rough and will ruin the fat cells in there and make them smaller. this cannot happen right? in case it makes a diff of how much breast fat she has she is probably a size b. this is totally silly right?

That won't happen. If he's too rough for her that's one thing, but the excuse about fat cells is crap. It is true that through vigorous movement cellulite, of which there's an abundance on our thighs, can "reform" into different deposits. It can't happen on the boobs
There are a few things that can make boobs smaller and larger, playing with them isn't any of those things.
