okay makes sense. here's the deal though. my cycle in december was dec. 12-17. i totally have no idea when my jan cycle was. im usually late and often stressed. i havent had my period this month, although i have had several panic attacks and extra stress that may throw it back. would that make sense? am i late yet?

I am 34 and have never had regular periods. You can check msg boards and you will find people all over the web that are in the same boat. It's annoying but the only thing that will really help you regulate is birth control. If you are not experiencing and pain or health problems then it's not much to be concerned with until you are older and want to start a family.

The average cycle runs on a 28 day period. So if the month has 31 days, it will come EARLIER the next week. Just count 28 days from the FIRST day of your period.

It depends. Add 28 days to the day it began. For example if it started on feb 3 ur next period would be on march 3.

Your period is usually due every 28 days.. but then it depends on other factors as well that could make it less or more, diet, stress, sudden weight gain/loss..

it was my experience and one of my daughters that we didn't have "regular" periods until our early 20's and quite frankly now that I'm told I'm entering peri menopause, my periods are more regular than ever...go figure! the point is everyone's body is different, if you are not in big discomfort or have any weird symptoms, talk to your doctor about it the next time you are in for illness or something...shouldn't be anything to worry about.
