I am very new to all of this. I have a laptop, but have never taken it outside of my house. I was wanting to have anybody who is knowledgeable about "wireless internet cards"? tell me how easy it has gotten to be able to take your laptop to , say India or Eastern Europe and be able to use your laptop wirelessly without needing to plug it into anything?
Please inform me how and how easily this can be done, I am very computer illieterate.

Not a very easy thing to do much easier to go to an Internet cafe.
If you still want to then you have to look for somewhere (possible in a hotel if you are staying in one) which offers wi-fi access once you have found a place you simply need to ask the person(s) in charge about how to access it.
