I was at a bar last Friday and I left without closing my tab. I looked at my bank statement today, and the charge for that particular bar was $17.00, when I only spent $4.00. I know the bartender closed out my tab himself, after adding a $13.00 tip and forging my signature. Can anything be dont about this? I don't have a receipt, as I left without closing my tab. It's only $13.00 but the bartender was a real jerk and he may have done this to other customers as well and I don't want him getting away with this.

And for those of you making the implication that I was drunk, I wasn't. I had a beer, it was an honest mistake and I wasn't driving either! Geez!
