Stern is a snake just looking at him. I don't trust him! Is he the father? What rights does he have now?

it's all too confusing to me. i'm thinking birkhead is. he's keeping his cool in the courtroom and really has the media's back. right now stern has a lot of rights considering he's in the bahamas. court tv was there live this morning, it's a good thing to watch for information and the latest updates on this crazy case.

I saw on one of those news shows that Howard said he is the father under the laws of the bahamas. So then it explained what the law there was and it said something to the effect that the father is the male adult living with the the child and giving care to the child. If Danielynn is an American citizen I don't know which law the courts will follow.
I believe that Larry Berkhead is the biological father.

I really think Larry Birkhead is most likely the father! With that said. Mr. Stern along with Anna Nicole "kidnapped" the child from her biological father. Who know when this will get straighten out??
For Now Howard "controls" things. He recently admitted he has no income and borrows from his parents. How will he take care of himself?
The Justice system could house him for years....

At the moment, Stern has all the rights - he is on the birth certificate. It will stay that way until a DNA test proves someone else is the father, and the court then rules it as such.

I have heard the real father is ELVIS !!!! ya know "immaculate conception" and all... Ole swivel hips still has it !!!!
