Forever 21 because they have more of a variety than the other stores you listed

Target is the best for me, but I also like the accessories at H&M. I hate American Eagle and Forever 21 the clothes are cheapy quality there.

I like, out of those American Eagle. I think the best place to shop is Abercrombie and Fitch. the prices are just right, and ther clothes are good quality. hope that helps!

I like Forever 21 and HM because they always have cute, chic and up to date style. Although their material also tend to be cheap and sometimes they don't last long. May be that's why they're cheaper than any other branded stores.

target rocks and has lots of cute stuff
abercrombie and abercrombie and fitch are awesome
hollister is cool cuz it is like abercrombie and it rocks
american eagle is ok
victoria secret's pink brand is sooooo cute
i kinda like forever 21
if u have money then juicy couture is very in especially the hoodies
