This is amazing. Once upon a time NFL head coaches, especially one's who lead their teams to a Super Bowl win, never had to answer this question. I'll answer it this way: Dude, be lucky that you have a team that has won and a coach that has been successful. The fact that he's had such mediocre QB's but still seems to compete is a testament to his coaching. He lost his QB early in the season to a potential life threatening injury. Give the guy a break. At least you're not a Cardinals fan like me.

Its the NFL win or your fired . He would have to win a playoff game at the least to keep his job.

i'm a bucs fan, and from what i've heard he will probably need to make the playoffs to save himself...the fans are tired of him, management is tired of him, ownership is tired of him...and with the troubles this team has, its hard to see them in the playoffs next year
and also, the bucs made the playoffs in 05-06 but got bounced in the first round

since he brought the only sb win to the franchise, i think as long as he keeps having winning seasons he will be allowed to stay...but the owner and fans are starting to get weary....maybe a trip to the nfc championship game will allow him to write his own ticket....
