I would like to know cause am planning to buya Video Card and my computer has a PCI Slot and i want to know if a PCI Express Video Card would work ON a PCI Slot .......

Besides the physical difference (plugs on PCI-E are smaller than PCI), the bus speed is faster on a PCI-E slot. Allows for faster communication between the card, motherboard, and CPU.
No, you cant use a PCI-E card in a PCI slot. Wont even fit.
