I have lacrosse tryouts. I have 15 days to get in really good shape!!!!! i am stressing out!! please help!!! I can ride a bike 8 miles in 45 minutes. thats about as good as it gets!!!

first off. Stop stressing out. No use for you to be all stressed out and then go to lacrosse tryouts. Since you have 15 days i recommend you go on a good workout kind of week. Do pushups, situps, crunches. Consistently add to what you have done the day before such as if you did 35 pushups the first day do 40 the next day. I recommend you get to at least 65-70 pushups, 70-80 situps. Then comes the running part since you need to do a lot of running. Doing an under 8 mile is great and an under 7 is even better. Lacrosse is not all about the sprints but the endurance especially if you are a middie. However I do recommend sprints. Do 50 yard and 75 yard dashes.

However all that getting in shape is great but remember to work on your skills as well. Catch right and left and throw right and left. Do groundballs and cradling.

So remember get in shape on a consistenly increasing pace and work on your skills a lot.

first you have to work on your skills find a friend who u can throw with or just throw a lax ball against a wall . also, for lacrosse u need to be fast so run sprints with a lacrosse stickand ball while cradeling to build up ur speed, endurance,and stick skills.
